As CMHOA Manager for the past 12 years, Jesse Chargualaf has played a primary role in the daily operations of the Association. Jesse was hired by CMHOA in January 1993. Before then, he served for 30 years in the US Army, retiring with the rank of Sargeant Major. He and his wife have two children, both of whom attend college. Prior to moving to Austin in 1993, Jesse and his family lived in many locations in the US and around the world.
